Sleeps up to six people. There is Queen bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the lounge. An additional two people can also be accommodated on the double fold out couch in the lounge (however this would result in very limited space in the lounge when in use). Dining table and four chairs.

Sleeps up to seven people. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the lounge. An additional two people can also be accommodated on the double fold out couch in lounge (however this would result in very limited space in the lounge when in use). Trundle bed can be requested and can be placed in the bedroom. Dining table and four chairs.

Unit Four

Sleeps up to four people.

Ideally suited for a couple with maybe one other. The unit has a queen bed in the bedroom and a double fold out sofabed in the lounge, however, it's a squeeze when using the fold out couch. Dining table and four chairs.  Also has breakfast bar dining for two.

Flaxmill Bay Motel offers four comfortable self contained units.

Each unit has:

• A separate bedroom with a queen size bed, double wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables
• Lounge with a double fold out couch
• Dining table and four chairs
• A flat screen television with Freeview
• A combined bathroom/toilet/laundry. Shower only, washing machine and large tub
• Kitchen with two stove top hot plates, microwave, fridge/freezer and electric fry pan and full cooking utensils
• A single trundle bed can be requested for a unit - however, while the bed is in use the floor space is limited
• All units have two wooden chairs and adjoining table on front terrace
• Portacot is available. Please request when booking.
